Midland got in on some April Fools fun Monday. The city sent out a press release and published content to its social media making mention of a new mode of transportation: A new on-demand horse and carriage system called “Hoofer,” which would use two-horse carriages called “swagger wagons.” But it was just a prank to engage people on their social media.
