Construction of the new Mt. Pleasant Town Center is on track to begin in May, after city Commissioners approved the bid for construction, earlier this week. Malley Construction’s $1.9 million bid for reconstruction of parking lots 3 downtown, was the lowest of the (3) submitted to the city after requests were sent out in December. The restroom building project’s lowest bidder was Three Rivers Corp. of Midland!
