Gratiot County Sheriff Mike Morris has announced he’s not going to seek re-election.  After 38 and a half years he just said “he’s had enough!” Sheriff Morris also says it’ll give anyone interested in running for the job time to decide before the filing date.  Candidates wishing to run for local offices in the August primary election must file nominating petitions with the county clerk by April 23rd!
