County commission Chairman, Tobin Hope, took responsibility on Tuesday for the county’s financial problems, but another elected official said some of the blame lies with its former administrator and her staff. County Treasurer, Steve Pickens said the former administrator provided the board with some lies & made mistakes in financial estimations.
