General Motors plans to move its Detroit headquarters to a new downtown office tower & redevelop their iconic home along the Detroit River. Bedrock Real Estate Firm will join GM in studying redevelopment of the 7-building Renaissance Center, owned by GM. It’ll all take place where the old Hudson’s Department Store used to be in Downtown.
