No charges have been issued against the officer and troopers involved in the officer-involved shooting death of Nicolas Micko, last year. Mr. Micko was acting erratically, running around his neighborhood carrying a rifle, pointing the gun at nearby homes & firing the weapon at a neighbors’ garage & home. He was later shot 14 times & later died. The Attorney General says troopers & officers were justified in their use of deadly self-defense.
