A 51-year-old man from the Detroit-area will stand trial for the beating death of a Midland County woman nearly 25-years ago. Michael McIntyre of New Hudson faces first-degree premeditated murder and felony murder charges in the attack of 43-year-old Diane Ross. Police considered the case cold until a recent discovery of new evidence.
