Mt Pleasant Public Schools Superintendent Mike Pung plans to retire next June. The Board of Education has begun the process of finding Pung’s replacement. A community forum led by the Michigan Leadership Institute is set for Thursday from 6:15-7:15PM in room 111 at Mt Pleasant High School. The forum is designed to give the public input on defining desirable qualifications for the next superintendent.
