Patients of urologist Dr. Joseph Oesterling are concerned about their health future after he lost his medical license. Oesterling, who had offices in Mt Pleasant, Caro and Saginaw, has been accused of running a pill mill out of his office. One patient called tried to get his medical record sent to another doctor following the incident, but has been unable to contact anyone in connection with the office.
