The St Louis City Council unanimously approved a $38,300 bid to Berlin Companies to demolish the west wing of the old city hall building. Demolition could happen in April or May. The council also awarded $8,800 to Worthy Electric to relocate electrical services in the building, and $12,278 to Freed Construction for building restoration of the rest of the building.
