The Michigan Senate passed a bill that would allow dogs on patios of Michigan restaurants. The new law allows dogs on patios if they’re leashed. They also can’t pass through the inside of a restaurant, and can’t sit on laps. The bill now heads to the House of Representatives before going to Governor Snyder for signature.
