Andy Warhol was born 90 years ago in Pittsburgh and to mark the occasion, the Andy Warhol Museum has donated 90 cases of soup cans to the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank. Why soup? The artist was famous for his iconic paintings of Campbell’s soup cans.
The donation was a creative way to honor the artist’s life and help those in need at the same time.
