A man arrested once for Medicare fraud, pleaded guilty to doing it once again. Babubhai Rathod pleaded guilty Monday to health care fraud and to charges of scamming Medicare and Medicaid out of money, Among other health care businesses, Rathod owned Lakeshore Spine and Pain in Mt. Pleasant.
