• Lori Loughlin and her husband celebrated Palm Sunday before entering their guilty plea.
  • They’re outraged over being called “cheaters.”
  • Meanwhile, both Lori and Felicity Huffman are getting offers to tell their stories.

We told you that Lori Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, entered not guilty pleas to mail fraud and money laundering conspiracy in the college admissions scandal case. Apparently, the couple has made peace with their decision – being spotted smiling at Palm Sunday services the day before they appeared in court.

According to a fellow congregant, Lori and Mossimo were asked to lead the palm procession through the church. While he hesitated when the priest asked them, she was very “happy” and “enthusiastic.” What the two are NOT happy about? The way they’re being portrayed in the press.

“This is putting unspeakable stress on her and her family,” a source close to Aunt Becky explained. “They’re having to play this all out publicly, and they’re fair game for jokes and memes, but also outraged [by] people who are saying that they are cheaters.” In fact, she’s said to be “outraged.”

  • Another thing that’s stressing Lori out is the possibility of a trial. She’s terrified about having her family’s business all in the street. The way she sees it, this is a family matter. If she and Mossimo are convicted, they’re each facing up to 40 years in prison.
  • ONE MORE THING! When this thing finally plays out, Lori and her cohort in crime, Felicity Huffman, may get to tell their stories for money. The two have reportedly been fielding offers to open up about their roles in the now-infamous college admissions scandal. Some offers are worth up to $20 million bucks. As we told you, Felicity took the initial plea deal. But a source said, “They’ll need the cash once this is all said and done, so you can bet they’ll want to stick up for themselves while making a fortune and paying back some of those legal bills.”
  • BUT WAIT…THERE’S MORE! Lori may be in the midst of the biggest crisis in her life, but she still has her friends to lean on. For instance, Paul Greene – her “When Calls the Heart” co-star – has pledged to stand by her no matter what. “If you had a good friend and they were accused of something, you haven’t even heard their side yet, you’d be there for them no matter what.” He shared that everybody is being super careful because it’s a very sensitive time. The show is currently doing reshoots in the wake of Hallmark cutting all ties with Lori.
