Delta College broke ground in Midland on Monday, with a ceremony celebrating the kick-off of construction on a new $13 million college center, to be located downtown. While Delta College has operated a facility in Midland for the past 27 years on Wheeler Street, it was time for Delta to become more accessible and visible in Midland.
