A woman is in jail after police say they caught her robbing an Emmet County store. The owner of Tom & Dick’s Party Store in Petoskey says one of their regulars used a rock to smash through their front window Wednesday morning and went into the store and filled a shopping cart with more than $2,000 in products, mostly cigarettes. She was still in the store when police arrived.
