The Michigan DNR is trying to figure out how a dead bobcat ended up in a Montcalm County tree. A DNR wildlife biologist says the bobcat was a healthy looking male weighing 25 to 30 pounds and probably was hit by a car then placed in the tree. They do plan to seek a necropsy to find out how the bobcat died.
