The Force will be with thousands of Star Wars fans in California today.
Disneyland’s new Star Wars section finally opens to the public after years of anticipation and construction. “Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge” bears a striking resemblance to some of the most famous scenes from the movie franchise. It also has a Millennium Falcon ride and a cantina serving real cocktails. Until the end of June, only people with a special pass or a room booked at a Disney hotel can get inside the new park.
Be prepared to pay for the experience. Right now, the price is $129 for a day but that goes up by $20 in September. As for the Disney World, Florida version, it opens August 29.
