An Isabella County rape case could reopen after it was found that the prosecutor in the case had an intimate relationship with the victim in the case. Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel is offering a motion that could send the case back to trial. Ian Elliot originally entered no contest to charges. Nessel said it is important to note however, that charges will not be dropped.
