A hearing to determine whether a Farmington Hills man, charged with shooting (2) CMU students will stand trial, has been moved to late July! 21 year old Kenneth Wayne Thomas was scheduled for a preliminary exam, yesterday morning, where he waived his right to the hearing within (21) days of being charged, b/c of discovery & attorney availability issues.
