The Coleman Community School bonding proposal failed to pass yesterday. In total, 467 people voted ‘Yes’ and 1,021 voted ‘No’ on the proposal. However, Isabella County’s 9-1-1 surcharge was given the thumbs up from voters. Final tally showed 4,774 Yes votes to 467 No votes.
