Midland County ESA Prepping Staff for Possible Virtual Learning

Midland County ESA is preparing for the possibility of virtual learning with the rising number of local COVID-19 cases. But it has no intention of going virtual at this time. They just are preparing staff to be prepared in case of any change in the future.
