An Isabella County sergeant has been charged with harming an inmate during a cell transfer.Video evidence shows that in April of 2020, sergeant Christopher Cluley pushed an inmate into a cell before pushing him to the ground. An x-ray showed that the inmate fractured his left knee. Cluely is charged with two counts of misconduct in office and one count of aggravated assault.
