A Clare Co. man wanted for stealing a car & fleeing police back in October, was nabbed with drugs, guns & body armor in the repainted vehicle by a state police fuigitive team. Further investigation revealed the vehicle had been stolen from a residence near Harrison. Fresh charges were issued for stealing the car, fleeing & obstruction of police officer.
