The trial for a man accused of trying to help cover up a murder, has been moved to a later day. Elisha Carman Garozzo was expected in court yesterday for the start of his trail, in his role in the murder of Alexis Lin Riley last September in Union Township. He was charged with accessory after the fact, which is a 5 year felony..also tampering with evidence, a 4 year felony, for assisting Joel Travis, who stands accused in her murder, who was 16 at the time.
