A Mt Pleasant man has been accused of strangling his girlfriend to the point of her almost losing consciousness, after holding a gun to the back of her head & threatening to shoot her. 23 year old, Nathan Patrick Seeley, has been charged with (3) felonies and a misdemeanor, followin his arrest on Tuesday. The woman he is accused of assaulting, herself, has plead guilty to aggravated domestic assault in a previous case.
