A woman who allegedly broke into a downtown Mt Pleasant apartment was arrested after being uncooperative w/ medical staff at the hospital following the incident. Police say she reeked of alcohol when they encountered here at the apartment. She also told Police she was an ordained minister & was tortured by Saddam Hussein. This case remains under investigation.
