A Saginaw man who plead guilty to (3) of (6) felony retail fraud charges, failed to show a second time for sentencing. A bench warrant has been issued for 55-year-old Karl Ray. He’s out of jail on a $25,000 cash surety bond. He allegedly stole more than $4500 worth of items from (4) Midland stores; (2) of the stores from which he stole more than one time from. He was charged with (6) of first-degree retail fraud.
