Isabella County is a step closer to having an upgraded communication system that will help first responders help others. County commissioners unanimously approved a $439,746 payment to Motorola for a 2nd phase of a $2.8 million Michigan Public Safety commission communication system upgrade. They say it’ll be completed in (3) separate phases.
