Two people in jail for drug charges and expired license plate

A Merrill woman & Saginaw man are lodged in the Midland County jail on drug charges that resulted from being stopped for an expired license plate. 36-year-old Tressa Tolley & 30-year-old Christopher Talkington were arraigned last week & are scheduled for a probable cause hearing on March 5^th!
