Michigan businesses would need to post the salary range for all job openings under a bill recently introduced to the Michigan House of Representatives. House Bill 5619 was introduced last week by state Rep. Christine Morse, in an effort aimed at boosting pay equity as the gender wage gap persists. The legislation already has 36 co-sponsors.
