Another Michigan man has been charged for aggravated possession of child porn & using a computer to commit a crime. 42-year-old, Matthew Ray Throop was arrested after police found out about his actions. He was arraigned this past Tuesday & charged with 13 counts of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material & 2 counts of using a computer to commit a crime.
