A Midland County man remains jailed without bond after being charged yesterday in connection with the shooting death of a 56-year-old woman, on Monday. Timothy John Rivard was arraigned in Midland District Court on one open charge of murder & a felony firearm violation. He faces a preliminary hearing on May 28th at 2pm.
