If you have a shanty on the ice, the DNR is warning anglers that their ice shanties only have about another week to be out. Shanties from Cheboygan and Emmet Counties to as far south as Newaygo and Isabella Counties must be removed by midnight next Friday or face a $500 fine and 30 days in jail.
