A pretrial hearing will be held in California on Friday for Vince Vaughn, who was arrested last June during a sobriety-driver’s license checkpoint.
The 48-year-old actor and a male passenger were stopped in Manhattan Beach. Prosecutors say police asked Vaughn to get out of his car, but he refused. He faces one count each of driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and refusing to comply with a police officer. Vaughn could face up to 360 days in jail if convicted. Vaughn appeared in the films “Swingers” and “The Wedding Crashers.”
