- A 13-year-old girl is suing Kyle Massey for sexual misconduct.
- He’s denying the charges, calling it a money grab.
- He asks his fans to wait for the facts.
Kyle Massey is vehemently denying accusations that he sent sexually explicit pictures and videos to a 13-year-old girl. As we told you before, she’s suing him for $1-point-5 million for the alleged sexual misconduct.
The way the “That’s So Raven” star sees it, this is a clear and simple case of extortion. Earlier this year, the accuser’s legal team demanded the cash with threats to go public and destroy his career if he didn’t pay. He refused and they’re calling his bluff.
According to a statement issued by Kyle’s lawyer, Lee Hutton, “No child should ever bee exposed to sexually explicit materials and I unequivocally and categorically deny any alleged misconduct.” He also asks that his fans not jump to conclusions based on the allegations, but to wait for the facts to come to light.
