Police responded to a medical emergency Friday in Big Rapids and that led to the discovery of illegal drugs. Police say they were called to the parking lot of the Tractor Supply Company in Big Rapids and While investigating, police say they found meth, heroin and drug paraphernalia. They say two women were taken to the hospital.
