Madonna is currently on her “Madame X” tour, but it seems some fans are not happy with how late she’s been starting her shows. In fact, one fan has filed a class action lawsuit against the singer for changing the show’s start time.

In legal docs Nate Hollander claims he bought tickets to one of her Miami shows next month, which originally had an 8:30 pm start time. Throughout the trek so far, she’s been starting way after 10 and now has officially changed the show’s start time to 10:30 pm, which Nate says is outrageous, especially since his concert is on a Tuesday. In his suit he claims the tickets to the show, which cost him about $1,025 for three, have now decreased in value because of the late start time, and he hasn’t been able to get a refund. He’s reportedly trying to get other fans to join him in the suit.

As for Madonna, her only response to the suit was to say, “Here’s something you all need to understand … and that is, that the queen is never late.”
