If Prince Harry and Megan Markle want to rent a place in New York City, they don’t have to look any further – Madonna has offered up her pad!
Madonna posted a video to her Instagram page saying, “Hey, Harry — don’t run off to Canada. It’s boring there. I’ll let them sublet my apartment on Central Park West.” She adds, “It’s two-bedroom, it’s got the best view of Manhattan. Incredible balcony … No, Buckingham Palace has got nothing on CPW.”
Was Madonna serious or joking? Who knows. While she technically can sublet her apartment, her co-op board may give her a hard time. In 2018, she lost her legal battle against the co-op, after a new board rule would not let her children and domestic help live in the apartment unless she was there “in residence” too.
Will Prince Harry and Megan take Madonna up on this? We’ll just have to wait and see.
