Harvey Weinstein remains in the hospital today following his convictions on rape and sex assault charges. No word on when he’ll be released, but the disgraced movie mogul is said to be in “good spirits.” As we told you yesterday, Weinstein was taken to the hospital after complaining of heart palpitations and chest pain.

Arthur Aidala [[eye-DAL-uh ]] says Weinstein is in a typical patients room inside Bellevue Hospital. After being found guilty of rape, he’s since been diagnosed with chest pains and high blood pressure.

While Aidala says Weinstein is confident about his chances of being exonerated, Weinstein is said to have hired a consultant to help him understand what his new life will look like once he’s out of the hospital. Weinstein could get up-to-25-years in prison when he’s sentenced March 11th – his attorneys will reportedly attempt to get him released pending appeal.
