Central Michigan University is hosting a conference on how to better utilize underwater cultural resources. The goal is to determine how best to balance all the uses of these resources over the next decade. TV 9 and 10 reports that this includes shipwrecks, downed air crafts and anything humans have done that somehow ended up in the bottom of the Great Lakes.
