A Houghton Lake man is facing numerous drug and firearm charges after dropping a gun in an emergency room. Officers say they were called the Grayling Munson Hospital on November 4. TV 9 and 10 reports that staff said a man dropped a gun, ran, was found in the parking lot by police and arrested. They say the found illegal narcotics on him as well.
