The Beaverton man who allegedly threatened the attorney for a whistleblower, who helped pave the way to President Donald Trump’s impeachment inquiry, is set for a jury trial on April 28, in federal court. 52-year-old Brittan Atkinson will remain a federal inmate until his trial.
