We told you before about the untimely death (and apparent murder) of famed Hollywood therapist Amie Harwick. Los Angeles police have been investigating her death, thought to be a murder, and now her autopsy report has brought some new details to light.

As we previously reported, Harwick is said to have gotten into an altercation with her ex-boyfriend Gareth Pursehouse before her death, who was arrested on suspicion of murder. According to the autopsy report, several wounds suggesting there was a violent altercation were found on her shoulders, arms, elbows and forearms, hands and wrists.

Investigators has listed the findings as “consistent with a combination of defense and assault-type weapons.” Before the new report, her death was already determined to be “blunt force injuries” with “evidence of manual strangulation,” ending with a fall from her balcony. What an awful way to go. Our thoughts remain with her loved ones.
