The state of Michigan is now reporting more than 24,000 cases of COVID-19 with nearly 1,400 deaths, in 74 counties as of yesterday. April 9 and 10 saw our state’s highest number of deaths in a single day. Gov. Whitmer says that we are currently in the “peak” of the virus, and is hopeful it will start to subside within the next 7-8 days.
