A former assistant attorney general was formally accused of misconduct during his prosecution of a man accused of an Isabella County rape from 2016 on Tuesday morning. 41- year old Brian Kolodziej (KO-LO-JAY), was charged with two counts of misconduct in office that took place during his 2019 prosecution of Ian Elliott. One charge was that Kolodziej had an intimate sexual relationship during the case.
