Green Tree Coop is the first recipient of the Make It Mt. Pleasant rental subsidy program. “The Make It Mt. Pleasant program was launched in 2020, is offered to new or expanding downtown Mt. Pleasant businesses and is fully funded by Lake Trust Credit Union.
