Harrison recently received more than $3-million dollars to repair the city’s water systems. The United States Department of Agriculture recently gave Harrison a Rural Development loan of $1.2-million dollars and a grant of $2.2-million dollars. The grant wont have to be repaid but the loan will over 40 years.
