A 37-year-old Mt Pleasant man reportedly held a child’s head under water at Oceana County’s Silver Lake State Park on Wednesday night. Prosecutors interviewed several witnesses at the park, some of which intervened. Police later arrested the man on a felony warrant for first and fourth degree child abuse.
