A former Central Michigan University student was arraigned on multiple criminal charges after police say he exchanged explicit messages with a minor. 19-year-old Brendan Baia faces charges of accosting a minor for immoral purposes, possessing child sexually abusive material, distributing child sexually abusive material and committing a crime with a computer. Police recovered 122 Snapchat exchanges between Baia and a 12-year-old girl between August 17th and August 29th.
